RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and Exchanges are allowed within (7) days upon receipt. Please notify us via email at hello@parol.ph. Specify the reason for returning or exchanging the item/s. Our office will get in touch with you.
Valid reasons for Return and Exchange include the following:
⁃ Product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the website;
⁃ Faulty, defective, or damaged product;
⁃ Product that is not as advertised on the website;
⁃ Wrong item is delivered
- Be sure that all items to be returned or exchanged are still in their original packaging, with complete accessories and attached price tag. Item/s to be returned are subject to evaluation.
- Update on the exchange request will be sent via email. If stock is available, we will advise the customer to send back the item to a standard return address within receipt of email notification.
- Exchange item/s will be dispatched once we receive the returned item/s, and the payment for the shipping.
- Selected item/s for Exchange may be of the same or higher value as the original item being returned. The price difference of item/s with higher value than the original item must be paid. Customer waives any excess amount if the item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item.
- The customer will shoulder ALL additional shipping costs, both return and exchange. For wrong item/s delivery, we will shoulder the shipping fee.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS
Item/s delivered with factory defect/s must be reported immediately at hello@parol.ph within 24 hours upon receipt of the item/s. Item/s returned that is described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. If found defective or damaged, we will replace the item and pay for the appropriate shipping costs.
